Having over 60 years of combined experience in corporate real estate, brokerage, and development allows us to provide our clients with the best sites in each market that meet the needs of the retailer and the consumer. Our team manages all aspects of a deal including site selection, project budgeting, due diligence, engineering, architecture, construction, and leasing.

Rick Clark
Managing Partner
Rick Clark is a Founding Member and Managing Partner of Mainstreet Capital, a commercial real estate development and acquisitions firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also the President and Chairman of Triton Realty Group which was founded in 1996 and is currently operating as the brokerage arm of Mainstreet Capital. Rick has a wide range of real estate knowledge and expertise that he gained through being a top producer at CBRE, working in corporate real estate, and running a successful brokerage & development firm. He says his 30 years of real estate experience gets put to use each and every day. “Commercial real estate development is more fluid and challenging than it has ever been. Having an in-depth understanding of all of the moving pieces and how they fit together is paramount to getting complex projects delivered on schedule”. Rick’s definition of success is the relationships he has formed over the years with his colleagues and clients. Delivering a superior product and exceeding expectations is what drives him. He has successfully completed projects for a myriad of national and regional tenants such as Starbucks, PNC Bank, Chevron, Bank of America, Chase Bank, Advance Auto Parts, Arby’s, CVS Drugstores.
Mike Carey
Partner
Mike Carey is a partner in Mainstreet Capital. He has over 25 years of experience in site selection, acquisition, development, construction and project management of retail commercial real estate. Much of his time was spent as an employee of QuikTrip Corporation (“QT”) where Mike and his development team selected, acquired and developed 120+ sites though out the Midwest and Southern U.S., which exceeded total development cost of $500 million. Mike also has been involved in the carwash industry since 2009’. He along with partners developed and operated a chain of successful carwashes in the Dallas- Fort Worth metropolitan area. Mike oversaw all levels of site selection, acquisition, development and construction. This company was successfully sold in 2022’. Mike believes in quality and doing the right thing.
Robert Ohayon
Manager
Robert is a Manager at Mainstreet Capital. He was one of the original investors in Triton Realty Group and has been involved in all aspects of the company’s activities. Robert has successfully raised over $100mm in capital for numerous multifamily and retail projects. He has also had involvement in developing over 600 lots for national builders as well as funding equity for individual builders who have built over 100 high-end homes. Prior to his involvement in commercial real estate, Robert was a successful owner and operator of several companies in the telecommunications sector.
